	Fans are essentially feminine and my research into their history has given me a fascinating insight into how fans evolved from being everyday functional objects into objects of great beauty and desire. The fan was designed using a wedding photograph. I use Brick stitch so that the 'fabric' is stronger and has a firmer texture. This fan contains 15,225 Delica beads in 127 different colours. Antique bone fan stick.
